– A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Cancellation Terms:
– up to 14 days prior to arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
– less than 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
– less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of booking value.
– Day of arrival or No Shows – 100% of reservation value payable.
EXCEPTION Bookings for December – Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 100% of deposit.
